The Inside of a Rainbow

Scarlette Roots has been taking care of her family for the past two years, putting her own dreams and ambitions on hold. No more. After battling severe anxiety for years, she finally feels ready to do what must be done. She packs her bags and moves to a small town where she can afford tuition for her dream degree: engineering. Scarlette wants to become a Formula One race engineer, and she's finally taking steps forward, except... she doesn't know anyone in F1. And that's where he comes in.

Julián "Storm" Alvarez is the town grump. A smile from him is unseen. After his girlfriend cheated on him, he's been keeping his distance from women and any vulnerability feelings bring. Until he meets Scarlette. The two of them are instantly attracted to each other, but they're opposites, which leads to chaos. She's sunshine, he's a storm. She's light, he's dark. Scarlette flips the aspiring MotoGP racer's world on its head, especially when he finds out she works for his father's company. A company he hates more than anything else in the world. However, his father's money and influence are the only things Scarlette needs to get connections in Formula One and reach her dream. So when his father offers her a trip to Monaco's Grand Prix weekend because he assumes she's his son's girlfriend, Scarlette goes along with it. An unlikely fake-dating situation is created, one that Storm can't pass up because he's been developing feelings for Scarlette.
